Capturing Hope Counseling is considered an out-of-network provider with all insurance companies, and Tamera is an out-of-network provider. Without the constraints of insurance companies and managed care, Tamera is able to work with you in establishing a therapy plan most ideal for you and your family.

A detailed receipt will be provided to all who plan to submit a claim form to one’s insurance company for reimbursement. All the necessary information needed to request reimbursement will be provided in a detailed receipt.

You will be responsible to contact your own insurance provider to inquire about out-of-network mental health/behavioral health benefits. The contact number for your insurance company is usually located on the back of your insurance card.

Please be aware that a clinical diagnostic code is required by most insurance companies to process a claim. Insurance companies state they will keep therapeutic information confidential; however, Capturing Hope Counseling has no control over the information once given to your insurance company. If we are contacted by your insurance company with any requests for information, you will be notified prior to any release of information.
